Mashup Monday

So I've always been a lover of mashups, I mean what's not to love? Two or more of your favorite songs blended together to create lovely-ness.. anyway i've been loving this mashup by earlvin14 of Royals by Lorde and Roar by Katy Perry. A Blog?

A blog! Yep, that's right Molly, the person who is continually starting projects and then famously giving up half way through, is starting a blog. Hoorah!
All my life i've tried to "blog" i guess.. I have always had diaries but then again I would only write in them for a certain amount of days and then go back to it about half a year later so this could be interesting.
Why did I decide to start a blog? Well let me set the scene.. It was raining, I was sat on my gran's couch feeling very sorry for myself. I'd just failed my driving test, I was not joining the majority of my friends who had gone on to the more exciting adventure of college/uni and I had no idea what I was going to do with my life. So instead of carrying on wallowing in self pity and drinking and eating my sorrows away I thought why not be productive for once and actually do something that could benefit and inspire me.
What do I want from this blog? I want somewhere to write about things that interest me and I want my voice to be heard and honestly I want to do something with the millions of thoughts in my head that are just getting washed away on the half price drinks that are provided on student night.. ironic because i'm not even a student anymore.
What am I going to even blog about? Well good question Molly.. I want to talk about what I like, what I hate, what gets on my nerves or something that I'm falling head over heels in love with. Whether that's music, traveling, beauty, fashion, life, or even the weather, whatever takes my fancy you'll be seeing right here. Mixing up a quote here but you need to love what you're doing before anyone else can love it so if I want to talk about it you're going to be reading about it.
It's funny even writing this post, it's like writing in my dust collecting diary but this time actual people are going to be reading it.. weird. Who knows maybe I can keep this blog my secret and the only reader will be my mum. If you're not my mum and you're reading this then thank you, I hope you stick around.
